Skills Provision is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a sawmill located in Congo Brazzaville Africa. This role presents a unique opportunity to join a wellestablished organisation with over 20 years of operational experience.

Role Responsibilities
As Maintenance Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing production processes and associated machinery.
- Establishing priorities and allocating resources accordingly.
- Assessing materials equipment and services from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Identifying and implementing operational improvements.
- Conducting risk analyses.
- Ensuring compliance with QHSE regulations and enforcing best practices.
- Applying effective problemsolving techniques.
- Leading and managing the maintenance team.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years experience in a sawmill or a similar industrial environment.
- A diploma or relevant training in industrial maintenance or electrical engineering.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and strong initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- A diligent and hardworking approach.
