Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable
solutions aligned with our objectives. Good understanding of solution options benefits
drawbacks and decisionmaking processes are necessary to ensure an efficient and
maintainable platform.
Document solution design technical specifications and codebase for knowledge
transfer.
Optimize existing solutions to improve performance and usability.
Take the lead on integrating data across Dynamics 365 platforms utilizing tools like
Dualwrite logic apps and Data Integrator to ensure seamless data flow and integrity
between D365 CE and Finance and Operations.
Write custom code (C# JavaScript HTML CSS) to extend Dynamics 365 CE
functionality.
Develop custom plugins workflow activities and web resources to implement business
logic and enhance capabilities.
Design and execute data migration strategies to move data from legacy systems to
Dynamics 365 CE.
Develop data migration & update scripts to ensure data quality and integrity in system /
functional changes
Understand change management principles to facilitate smooth transitions during the
implementation of new systems or processes.

Stay updated on Dynamics 365 CE updates and best practices.
Support guide and coach other members of the CE Delivery Team to deliver successful
and sustainable / maintainable solutions by design.
