Job Description
Role: Financial Crime CDD roles AVP/VP
Location: Full time. (Hybrid London 2 days a week onsite possibly Glasgow based)
Start: ASAP
Duration: end of June 2025 plus likely extension (PAYE inside IR35)
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic largescale Financial Crime / AML transformation programme at a Tier 1 Bank.
- Creating and managing delivery plans overseeing the review and resolution of known issues across Business Units
- Experience of leading design and implementation of Triggers solutions and governance across financial institutions
- Experience in supporting the development of process improvements or system enhancements related to Triggers across multiple business units.
- Lead a small team to support overall objectives across business units.
Triggers BA (AVP)
- Experience working in the Triggers and/or Event Driven Review space
- Experience drafting functional and technical requirements (e.g. Jira user stories)
- Experience conducting Business Analysis/Business Change (e.g. owning tasks according to project plans liaising with multiple stakeholders across cross functional teams drafting and presenting design papers)
ID&V BA x 2 (VP & AVP)
- Experience designing and delivering change to ID&V processes and technology
- Awareness of the ID&V third party vendor market
- Experience conducting Business Analysis/Business Change (e.g. owning tasks according to project plans liaising with multiple stakeholders across cross functional teams drafting and presenting design papers)
BRA and Data Dictionary Lead
- Creating and managing delivery plan overseeing the review and resolution of known issues across Business Units
- Experience of leading Financial Crime policy implementation including Business Risk Appetite statements
- Experience in supporting the development of process improvements or system enhancements related to CDD processes
- Experience in definition of CDD Data dictionary including identification of necessary data points to be collected across the CDD process
- Lead a small team to support overall objectives across business units.
