Role Overview
We are looking for seasoned and nbsp;SAP ISUtilities (ISU) and nbsp;and/or and nbsp;SAP ECC Consultants and nbsp;to join a transformative project with a leading client in the Utilities and Energy sector. This role will focus on critical integrations between and nbsp;SAP ISU and nbsp;and and nbsp;SAP FSM (Field Service Management) enabling the delivery of innovative realtime solutions that enhance operational efficiency and elevate customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Expertise
- Design and implement seamless integration solutions between SAP ISU and SAP FSM facilitating realtime data exchange that optimizes field service operations.
- Workforce Optimization
- Leverage SAP FSMs job scheduling and route optimization features to enhance the productivity of field teams.
- Customer Satisfaction Enhancement
- Empower field technicians with access to realtime customer data including history and service orders to ensure rapid resolutions and improved firsttime fix rates.
- Billing and amp; Invoicing Automation
- Streamline billing processes by automating the capture of job data directly within SAP ISU minimizing manual interventions.
- Reporting and amp; Analytics
- Utilize data from SAP ISU and FSM to generate actionable insights that identify operational bottlenecks and optimize strategic initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in and nbsp;SAP ISU and nbsp;and/or and nbsp;SAP ECC specifically within the Utilities or Energy industries.
- Handson experience with SAP FSM integration is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of realtime data synchronization workforce optimization and customer service workflows.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities coupled with strong communication skills.
