We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist.

This company specializes in cuttingedge robotic solutions seamlessly integrating autonomous systems to revolutionize inspections operations and security.
The Mission:
As a Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy from the ground up. You will lead the development of the brand oversee digital campaigns and drive engagement through targeted events fairs and social media strategies. This is a dynamic opportunity to work in a fastpaced highgrowth environment directly impacting the companys success and positioning in the market.
The Role:
- Develop and execute a 360 marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Organize and coordinate industry events fairs and promotional activities (with availability to travel at least once per month).
- Create manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Oversee social media strategy and communication ensuring brand consistency.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders vendors and industry partners.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics optimize campaigns and manage budgets effectively.
- Work closely with sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Create and manage content including LinkedIn communication SEO optimization and ads.
- Drive brand awareness and audience engagement through innovative strategies.
What we expect from you:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
- 5 years of experience in a marketing role preferably within startups or fastgrowing tech companies.
- Handson experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing content creation and branding.
- Ability to organize events manage suppliers and execute fairs.
- Proficiency in social media management and LinkedIn marketing.
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance marketing and optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Highly adaptable proactive and handson approach to marketing execution.
- Familiarity with design tools and content creation is a plus.
