Job Description

At Celebrus our mission is to improve the relationships between brands and consumers via better data. The company has been in existence for over 20 years were publicly traded on the UK market and our marketleading enterprise software platform is deployed in more than 30 countries by some of the largest organizations in the world. To continue accelerating our rapid growth we are looking to expand our global sales team with an experienced and passionate Sales Manager who will report to the VP of Global Sales.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of complex software sales cycles large deal negotiations effective team management sales enablement tools and the ability to drive a sales team to achieve and exceed targets. The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies managing a team of sales professionals and overseeing daily operations in the sales department. Their duties include assisting with hiring/training/coaching sales staff creating sales plans assigning sales territories analyzing data monitoring sales team activity and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Have a strong working knowledge of the product offering partner ecosystem and competitive landscape
  • Understand the needs and pain points of enterprise prospects and clients in target markets
  • Research and analyze market trends to stay ahead of competitors and assist in adjusting sales strategies accordingly
  • Manage recruiting objectives setting coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Help build a formalized training program for Account Executive and Business Development Representative expansion plans
  • Continuously refine and improve the sales process/methodology to ensure proper initial qualification and efficient movement of deals through the funnel
  • Drive direct prospecting and lead generation efforts by leveraging and enforcing the use of sales enablement tools like HubSpot Gong Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
  • Monitor and coach AEs and BDRs on time management/efficiency and work closely with our RevOps team to enforce consistent use of sales tools
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products
  • Identify new business opportunities for lead generation and develop strategies to capture them
  • Engage in customer interactions and play an active role in closing deals
  • Attend industry conferences and participate in the lead generation efforts with the team
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
  • Ensure that company targets are met by holding weekly checkins with the Sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
  • Work closely with other departments such as Marketing Professional Services and Customer Success to ensure that the company is operating effectively and efficiently

Skills and Requirements

  • The role demands a strong leader who has a sharp mind and the ability to coach advise motivate or replace sales representatives while building and maintaining a highperformance team
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proven experience creating and implementing a sales plan then monitoring progress and working with the RevOps team to analyze results
  • Outstanding mentoring coaching and people management skills
  • Being an allaround team player willing to jump in to assist wherever needed

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business or related field
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise software industry
  • Extensive experience with HubSpot Gong Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
  • 57 years of sales experience in a SaaS company with 23 years in sales management
  • Experience selling complex deals into large organizations
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting and scaling sales teams
  • Superb presentation and negotiation skills
