The Opportunity:

- Aims:
- Introduce bestinclass performance testing practices.

- Drive datainformed decisionmaking with performance insights
- Measure of success:
- Reduction in performance bottlenecks across systems.
- Improved efficiency of highvolume transactions.
- Successful knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Seamless integration of performance testing into development workflows.
- Day to day:
- Writing and preparing technical performance test plans.
- Developing datadriven test automation scripts and executing performance and load testing.
- Using LoadRunner (or similar tools) to design and execute load and performance tests.
- Designing and executing daily load BVTs and systemlevel tests.
- Preparing test data and analyzing performance test results.
- Identifying and logging defects collaborating closely with development teams.
- Informing test leads of potential risks affecting schedule budget or quality.
- Growth/Development opportunities:
- Exposure to cuttingedge performance testing technologies.

About you:
- Experience of handson experience in Performance Testing.
- Proficiency in LoadRunner or similar performance testing tools.
- Ability to interpret performance test results and make datadriven recommendations.
- Strong communication skills to work crossfunctionally with engineers and stakeholders.
- Capable of identifying risks and proposing effective solutions before they escalate.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing office clientsite and remote work.

Stage 1 Intro call with a member of the Talent team (30 mins Google Meet)
Stage 2 Interview with our Interim Head of QA Bianca and a senior member of the Engineering team (60 mins Google Meet)
