To drive adoption and engagement of NOA our AIpowered product for health specialists by generating signups from doctors and healthcare professionals creating compelling content to explain the products value and fostering engagement to convert users into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). The Marketing Specialist will act as the primary stakeholder and owner of the NOA marketing initiative leveraging analytical skills and a deepdive approach to unlock gotomarket strategies and ensure project success.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive signups and adoption of NOA among healthcare professionals.
2. Create engaging and educational content (blogs videos email campaigns social media posts etc.) to explain the products features benefits and use cases.
3. Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to optimize content and campaigns for better conversion rates.
4. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Product Sales and Customer Success) to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine messaging.
6. Own the gotomarket strategy including identifying and overcoming potential blockers to success.
7. Manage and optimize marketing funnels ensuring a seamless experience for users from awareness to MQL.
8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
3 years of experience in marketing roles preferably within the tech or healthcare sectors.
Proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement for SaaS or AIdriven products.
Strong project management skills with the ability to take ownership and deliver results.
