Are you looking to be a part of a global team where you balance both bestinclass operational and strategic HR work and efficiently integrate global and regional perspectives If so then a Human Resource Managers NL & BE role might be what you are looking for. As part of our Global HR team you will take overall responsibility of all HR related matters and support business in doing what they do best providing technology at the forefront of the healthcare industry.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Act as active member of the country management team and be challenging advisor and sparring partner to the business
Proactively support the transformation and further digitalization of Ascoms orgnization from the HR perspective
Enable line managers to successfully perform in their leadership
Lead and enable your small team of HR partner/specialist and effectively manage resources priorities & KPIs
Professionally manage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Workers Council)
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in the Netherlands and Belgium; review policies and practices to meet regulatory requirements
Ensure all HR processes and HR Services are professionally implemented and provided within assigned countries
Proactively support line managers and employees in all HR matters (e.g. recruiting onboarding performance management compensation) and provide valuable solutions
Actively spot and leverage HR opportunities that help the business be more successful
Ensure accurate setup and handling of basic employee data
Be an active member of the global HR team and take ownership for and drive/support global HR projects
Drive a highperformance culture by implementing initiatives that enhance employee engagement accountability and continuous development.
Lead and support change management efforts ensuring smooth transitions and fostering a resilient adaptable workforce.

You are responsible to bring HR to the next level

You are sparring partner as well as service provider
You are supported by a small team of HR Specialists
We look for
A strong team player and quick learner willing to take ownership and responsibility
A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related business degree
58 years of working experience in a similar role in the Netherlands in an international environment
Strong experience in change management recruiting/talent acquisition
strong drive for execution and high business mindset
Ability to provide sustainable quality solution to improve business success
A desire to leave an impact
Fluency in Dutch and English is a must French is highly desirable
