JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a driven salesoriented professional with excellent communication and followup skills.. While real estate experience is not mandatory we are seeking a hungry sales professional with an eagerness to learn about the real estate lending process. You should be openminded and culturally aware as we have clients from many diverse backgrounds. As a Real Estate Loan Sales Specialist you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients understanding their financial needs and building strong relationships. You will work closely with our team to evaluate client financials and perform property analysis ensuring a seamless lending process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Leads and FollowUp: Utilize CRM software like monday.com to manage leads and ensure timely followup until deals are closed.

  • Prompt Response to Leads: Cultivate leads and clients and quickly reply to all incoming client requests for information maintaining a high level of responsiveness.

  • Property Value Analysis: Perform analysis on property value using comps Google Street View and other tools to assess market value.

  • PhoneBased Selling: Engage in phonebased selling spending most of the day talking with potential applicants to uncover their motivations and build value.

  • Lead Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential leads in realtime answering requests promptly.

  • Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to details as errors could be costly.

  • Negotiate Purchase Contracts: Negotiate lending contracts with homeowners leveraging strong negotiation skills.

  • Market Research: Conduct research on market value comparables within the area to inform decisionmaking.

  • ProblemSolving and Resourcefulness: Demonstrate a proven track record of problemsolving and resourcefulness with the ability to adapt quickly.

  • Phone Communication: Be able to converse on the phone for 78 hours per day maintaining effective communication with clients.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Phone Sales Experience Preferred: Experience in phone sales is advantageous as it aligns with the roles requirements for engaging with clients remotely.

  • Technical Requirements: Must have a reliable internet connection with at least 100 MBPS download speed.

  • Resilience: Thick skin is essential to handle the challenges of a competitive sales environment.

  • Professional References: Ability to provide professional references upon request is required.

  • Proven Tenure: Candidates should demonstrate stability in previous roles avoiding frequent job changes.

  • Team Player and SelfStarter: Must be a team player selfmotivated and approachable contributing positively to the company culture.

  • Negotiation and DealMaking Skills: Strong negotiation skills and a natural ability to make deals are crucial for success in this role.

  • FollowUp Skills: Excellent followup skills are necessary to maintain client relationships and close deals.

  • Appointment Setting and Closing: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone is essential.

  • Communication and Relationship Building: Must love talking with different kinds of people and have strong relationshipbuilding skills.

  • Motivation to Succeed: Must be motivated to succeed in a highly competitive environment.

  • Clear Communication: A clear speaking voice and exceptional communication skills are required.
