Your roles mission:

You will play a strategic role in attracting assessing and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with business goals. With expertise in recruiting for Clevel VP and missioncritical roles you combine technical proficiency leadership and a peoplecentric approach to drive hiring success.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Design and implement strategic hiring plans for CLevel VP Director and missioncritical positions in alignment with Pelicos scaling roadmap.
  • Partner with leadership teams to anticipate future talent needs and proactively build pipelines.
  • Leverage search bestpractices to attract highimpact leaders and specialized expertswho drives business success.
  • Own the endtoend hiring process
  • Ensure structured interview frameworks to assess leadership capabilities decisionmaking and cultural alignment.
  • Facilitate hightouch candidate experiences ensuring engagement and alignment throughout the hiring journey
  • Position Pelico as a top employer for executives and critical hires through targeted employer branding efforts.
  • Drive diversity hiring initiativesto foster inclusive leadership teams.


Location :You will be based in Paris with English as your working language.We offer a hybrid work arrangement.

What Were Looking For

  • Up to 10years of experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist or Manager.
  • Problemsolving and analytical mindset.
  • Proven track record in recruiting for Clevel VP and missioncritical roles.
  • A background in fastgrowing startups tech companies or multinational environments.
  • Strong background in scaling teams quickly while maintaining highquality hiring standards.
  • Strong ownership on transversal topic willing to drive your initiatives through.
  • Ability to work autonomously take ownership of hiring processes and drive initiatives independently.
  • Great communication skills good contact with various stakeholders.
  • Bilingual French and English mandatory (verbal & written).
