As a Campaign Manager you will be responsible for designing executing and optimizing integrated demand generation campaigns. You will align marketing initiatives with sales priorities leveraging both digital and inperson strategies to engage key decisionmakers in various industries.
Campaign Management: Plan execute and analyze multichannel demand generation campaigns ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales presales alliances and value management teams to deliver impactful marketing strategies.
Event Execution: Organize and oversee both digital and inperson events ensuring high engagement and lead conversion.
Market Insights: Identify and leverage new marketing opportunities based on customer partner and sales feedback.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report campaign ROI providing datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Content Localization: Ensure marketing assets and materials are tailored to the DACH market.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
Minimum 3years of B2B marketing experience within the SaaS or HighTech industry.
Expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong communication skills with fluency in English and German (written and verbal).
Proven ability to work with digital marketing channels and event planning.
Handson experience with Salesforce and Tableau for campaign tracking and reporting.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to manage multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
Knowledge of Services Industries CFO Personas and German Mittelstand is a plus.
Experience using Workfront for project management is an advantage.
