We are seeking a Title and Registration Junior Project Manager of to join our team at SIXT! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the integration of new software and systems into our operations ensuring seamless functionality and user adoption. This role requires close collaboration with the Senior Manager/Director and various departments to meet business objectives. This role has an impact on financial performance fleet planning and operations.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You analyze Business Needs: Work with the Senior Manager to assess the feasibility and impact of new systems on current operations. Develop and produce analytical reports accurately and promptly. Create consistent reports and insights on contract compliance unit count accuracy and fleet metrics
- You maintain Project Management: Define project scope timelines and budgets in collaboration with the Senior Manager and project teams.
- You support in System Configuration: Customize and configure software systems to align with the specific needs of the rental car business.
- You provide Training and Support: Conduct initial training sessions for new team members and provide ongoing technical support to ensure effective use of new systems.
- You assist in Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform thorough testing of system integrations and resolve any technical issues promptly. Regularly review processes data and workflows to pinpoint improvement areas.
- You lead Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate with vendors and thirdparty service providers to ensure successful implementation and support.
- You actively seek opportunities to optimize processes automate tasks and enhance efficiency.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You have 2 to 3 years of experience in Title and Registration as a Project Manager of Analyst. You have Functional knowledge and experience with reporting tools. Ability to identify problems make decisions create solutions and act. Ability to apply analytical along with problemsolving skills to determine user needs and requirements
- Education You have a Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
- Technical Proficiency You have a moderate understanding of software applications and system integrations relevant to the rental car industry. Must be comfortable with pulling data from internal and external systems compiling and presenting data in an effective manner. You have functional knowledge and experience with reporting tools: Tableau preferred
- Soft Skills You are a ProblemSolver: Excellent troubleshooting skills to address and resolve issues efficiently. You are a Communicator: Effective communication skills to interact with clients stakeholders vendors and team members. Ability to work with others in a team environment and to actively promote collaboration & teamwork and resolve conflicts. You have the ability to identify problems make decisions create solutions and act. You have the ability to apply analytical along with problemsolving skills to determine user needs and requirements
- Commitment to Excellence: You have Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. You have Organizational skills: Ability to set priorities as well as handle multiple tasks. Highly selfmotivated detailoriented must be very accurate and able to pay great attention to details with a strong customer service orientation. You must be an independent worker and able to work with minimal supervision
