What we are looking for:
You are an experienced engineer that is passionate about
- building great user experiences
- or building enterprise grade systems for messaging
- or fullstack (both)

Enthusiastic about working in the latest technologies and/or passionate about developing large scale serverside technologies for collaboration platforms supporting rich conversational experiences blended with Artificial Intelligence.

You are a team player and will work with other experienced coworkers to help us evolve the technology stack to build modern and awesome conversational experience for our customers. You must possess a solid understanding of building amazing performant and scalable user interfaces/servers with large scale data an obsession with design aesthetics and engineering excellence.
What you get to do in this role:
- Build highly interactive applications that can scale with application complexity
- Create tools libraries and frameworks for other developers to build upon
- Apply new technology and innovation to improve platform functionality
- Write highquality clean scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews Unit testing etc.)
- Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and own the code from design to delivery.
- Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite
- Mentor colleagues and promote knowledgesharing.
Qualifications :
In order to be successful in this role we need someone who has:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with 2 years of software industry experience for bachelors.
- Significant experience designing and implementing highly interactive and highvolume applications
- Expertise in backend technologies
- Java Junit REST AJAX JSON HTML CSS and associated frameworks
- JVM performance testing optimization and garbage collection
- Relational databases SQL and frameworks like Spring Hibernate and frontend technologies
- Solid JavaScript experience with React AngularJS Cycle.js Vue or other frontend frameworks
- Competent in aspects of design usability crossbrowser compatibility and accessibility
- Experience in ML/Natural Language systems and Large Language Models including their applications in conversational AI and natural language processing.
- Strong written and verbal communication
