Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Plan organize and execute sales events including global sales meeting sales incentives trip and trade shows. 
  • Negotiate with vendors venues and suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
  • Develop and present event proposals and plans including timelines budgets and themes to key stakeholders.
  • Manage and track event budgets to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining highquality outcomes.
  • Enter and oversee contract requests in the internal management system ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event goals align with company objectives.
  • Manage event logistics including scheduling registration catering and onsite coordination.
  • Identify and implement creative solutions to enhance attendee experiences.
  • Evaluate event success through postevent feedback and analytics making recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications :

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor degree
  • Proven experience in event planning coordination or related roles.

SKILLS

  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing costeffective deals.
  • Experience managing budgets and working with internal contract management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for problemsolving.
  • Proficiency in event management tools Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint) and budgeting software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
