We are looking for a passionate and dedicated AI/ML Lead Engineer to join our team in Lvivto guide an established team of data engineers data scientists and ML engineers in our CasinoEngine AI division. Were looking for someone with strong expertise in machine learningparticularly in personalization fraud detection and NLP/LLMswho can drive innovation fraud detection and NLP/LLMswho can drive innovation mentor team members and ensure solutions align with business goals.

About the job:

What Youll get to do:

• Oversee the ML development lifecycle from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor and coordinate the AI/ML team ensuring best practices in model design code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI/ML initiatives with strategic goals and measure their impact.
• Optimize ML pipelines for performance scalability and reliability mitigating model bias and data quality issues.
• Stay on top of emerging AI/ML trends championing new frameworks and tools to keep the environment cuttingedge.

What You need to know:

• Masters in Data Science (or related field) or at least 4 years of commercial experience in AI/ML.
• Expertlevel proficiency in Python and popular AI/ML frameworks/libraries (PyTorch TensorFlow scikitlearn LangChain).
• Proven track record in building and maintaining scalable data/ML pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in MLOps concepts.
• Handson experience applying ML for personalization fraud detection and NLP/LLMs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor crossfunctional AI/ML teams effectively managing project timelines and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• English: UpperIntermediate or higher

Nice to Have:

• Experience with PostgreSQL and BigQuery.
• Experience working with realtime data streaming technologies (Kafka).
• Experience with DBT.
• Experience with AirFlow or other orchestration tools.
