Job Description

We are seeking a Compensation Manager to join the senior leadership team at Informa TechTarget Human Resources. In this role you will work closely with the divisions Chief People Officer to roll out Informa TechTargets comprehensive total rewards strategy across all areas including stock and equity programs. You will drive compensation programs for employees using indepth analysis and insights to drive commercial solutions contributing to business growth within the division.

You will guide business partners and leaders through the annual compensation cycle to ensure clarity operational excellence and efficiency. In collaboration with Informa Groups Global Head of Reward & Benefits and other division Heads of Reward you will maintain consistency and alignment in our reward strategies and programs as needed.

Your role will also involve ensuring that our strategies remain competitive in the marketplace comply with all legal and regulatory requirements and promote colleague engagement. Key responsibilities will include driving reward policies managing salary structures overseeing bonus and commission incentives and handling stock and equity programs for our NASDAQlisted enterprise which is part of a larger FTSE 100 company.

Key areas of responsibilities will include:

Reward

  • Divisional Salary Management  Support and analyze pay budgets benchmarking salary range development annual pay reviews outofcycle increases Gender Pay Gap reporting and executive compensation for the top 1%.
  • Short Term Incentives Assist in designing and delivering annual incentive plans targets communication and payment processes ensuring consistent and tailored arrangements across incentives bonuses and commissions.
  • LongTerm Incentives (LTI)  Advise on the design and management of longterm stock/equity programs complying with SEC requirements for the NASDAQ listed division.
  • Supporting Compensation Committee Content  Analyze data and create presentations for Informa TechTargets Compensation Committee working with advisors on executive compensation analysis.
  • Competitiveness  Research and provide insights on reward competitiveness by analyzing market trends and participating in compensation surveys.
  • Job Levelling Collaborate with the Group Global Head of Reward & Benefits to establish a consistent job leveling framework for career path development across the division and Group.

Leadership

  • Team Management  Actively participate in the senior HR Leadership team.  
  • Reward Partnerships  Collaborate with Heads of Reward Finance and stakeholders to align reward strategies across the division and Group.  
  • Reward Consultancy Provide expert support and act as a trusted advisor on reward matters.  
  • Change Management  Lead initiatives to implement reward programs smoothly and gain colleague support.  
  • Compliance  Ensure reward policies adhere to local laws regulations and company policies while staying updated on industry trends and legislative changes.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a divisional reward role within a regulated PLC environment.
  • Experience with a USlisted organization ideally NASDAQ including knowledge of its regulatory requirements and reward programs.
  • Managed and attended compensation committee meetings as needed.
  • Developed and delivered Long Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs) for a USlisted company.
  • Familiar with reward transitions from Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
  • Supported global reward initiatives in a fastpaced environment building collaborative relationships at all levels.
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g. CIPD).
  • Ability to understand complex financial performance metrics for incentive and commission plan development.
  • Skilled in building trust with senior executives.
  • Experience managing large vendor relationships across countries with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of key reward programs that drive effective behaviors.

The salary range for this role is $130k $150kdepending on experience
