Job Description
WHAT YOULL DO
As an Advanced User you will provide efficient and smooth system support to daytoday warehouse operations ensuring compliance to system routines and acting as a bridge between the business and system administration.
- Support end users in the daytoday work and act as an advanced system user within the DC:
- Conduct system cleanup and system routines
- Support 3PL training of endusers on daily systemrelated issues
- Feedback to Central System Specialist (exSuper Users)
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and reporting
- Maximize operational excellence quality and efficiency by ensuring systemrelated best practice guidelines are followed all flow systems are working and IT system related procedures are implemented
- Identify and suggest improvement opportunities and/ or need for DC operations
- Responsible for training H&M team and 3PL leaders on any new functionalities on the system or any improvement
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
In this role you will collaborate with managers and trainers of the 3PL warehouse team along with the H&M Business Expert within the facility.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
- Advanced PC skills with Excel and Access
- A good understanding of IT systems and how you work with the functionality provided
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a high pressure multipersonality fastpaced deadlineoriented environment
- Experience with training and developing staff
- Detail oriented with strong organizational time management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving skills and decisionmaking abilities.
- 12 years system management or department level logistics management experience preferred
- Preferably at least one year in Distribution Center Operations in a high volume high SKU replenish and pick environment
