Job Description

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for shortterm and longterm growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities and industry trends.
  • Identify and acquire new clients through networking industry events and acquisition channels.
  • Establish business development and enhance account management processes for superior client service
  • Recruit train and develop highperforming business development and account management teams.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize team performance.
  • Implement tools and technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee client relationships ensuring service excellence and maximizing retention.

Qualifications :

  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in a business development environment
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field (masters preferred)
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus (especially Hungarian and Spanish)
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful business development strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills focused on motivation and performance.
  • Driving business growth and managing client relationship
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
