Job Description
- Develop and execute business development strategies for shortterm and longterm growth.
- Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities and industry trends.
- Identify and acquire new clients through networking industry events and acquisition channels.
- Establish business development and enhance account management processes for superior client service
- Recruit train and develop highperforming business development and account management teams.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize team performance.
- Implement tools and technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Oversee client relationships ensuring service excellence and maximizing retention.
Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in a business development environment
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field (masters preferred)
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus (especially Hungarian and Spanish)
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful business development strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills focused on motivation and performance.
- Driving business growth and managing client relationship
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
