Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee endtoend recruitment processes across multiple countries ensuring highquality talent acquisition.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Develop implement and improve HR policies procedures and guidelines.
- Assess training needs design training programs and conduct training sessions.
- Utilize online learning platforms and tools to facilitate virtual training sessions.
- Collaborate with a diverse international team to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the medical pharmaceutical or clinical research industry is highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Languages: Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) capable of conducting recruitment and training in these languages. Advanced Portugese will be an advantage

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online training tools.
- Experience in creating and conducting online and inperson training sessions.
- Knowledge of international HR practices and regulations.
