Job Description
Ready to accelerate your career with one of Formula 1s most iconic teams Williams Racing is seeking a detailoriented Junior Operations Planner to join our highperformance manufacturing team.
The Role: Working MondayFriday (with occasional weekend support during peak periods) youll ensure smooth component delivery from design release to production managing work orders and supporting critical production planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage component delivery timelines
- Create and adjust timing plans for key assemblies
- Support MESTEC workflow systems
- Monitor quality control and NCRs
- Coordinate with multiple departments to maintain production flow
- Assist with makevsbuy decisions through capacity planning
What Youll Need:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Experience in operations planning or logistics (advantageous)
- Knowledge of planning/scheduling software (desirable)
- Degree in logistics supply chain business or engineering (preferred but not essential)
