About the area

Inter IKEA Group is organised in three core businesses Range Supply and Retail Concept and five enabling functions. Together we contribute to the success of IKEA and share responsibility for the franchise offer.

The enabling functions lead key common activities in networks across Inter IKEA Group as well as cover specific needs for the core businesses. The five Enabling functions are Operations Management Business Performance & Support Communication Sustainability and People & Culture.

About the job

Data Distribution and Integration is a department within Operations Management responsible for integrations within Inter IKEA and data exchange towards franchisors using the IKEA brand and our suppliers. The product team is responsible for internal tools and services used to support the creation and delivery of data exchanges.

Join our dynamic team and take the lead in ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of our services!

Were looking for a young motivated individual to collaborate closely with our vendors suppliers and internal teams while being comfortable working independently on the assignment.

Youll be the key player in planning coordinating and supervising service deliveries and innovations.

About you

This role is ideal for a younger professional with a passion for IT and a desire to grow in the field of Enterprise Integration and Digital Product management.

In this role youll work alongside fantastic and experienced colleagues who share your curiosity and dedication to IKEAs inspiring vision. If you have knowledge and experience in service or product management and you love working in an agile yet structured way wed love to hear from you.

Youll be someone who understands the entire IKEA value chain and knows how to create the conditions for efficient development to reach our goals. With a strong drive to get things done youll lead complex projects on a global scale with curiosity and humility.

Leadership comes naturally to you and you have a deep interest in people. You have a knack for making sure that everyone is working towards the same goal and has successfully led products/projects before. Guided by the core IKEA values youll build strong and trustful networks and relationships.

To be successful in this role the following knowledge skills and experiences would be valuable:

  • Experience with leading projects or agile teams towards defined goals as a Project Manager Product Owner or Service Delivery Manager.
  • Be passionate about delivering high quality services and a passion of bringing together people process and tools to successfully get there  
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Knowledge and experience in key aspects of IT software development including integration with external partners using standards such as EDI
  • Good resource planning and backlog prioritisation skills  
  • Create various KPIs and data analysis for follow up and reporting 
  • Knowledge of service management and how to secure service delivery using ITIL
  • Experience from managing and followup external vendors and agreements.  

Additional Information :

This role is fulltime (40hours per week) and based in Malm Sweden. This role sits in the Technology and Platform Platform Area and reports to the Team Manager.
