A dynamic and growing brand specializing in highquality team wear isseeking a motivated and resultsdriven Commercial Agentwith strong commercial skills to establish and develop a new point of sale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales client acquisition and maintaining relationships with distributors and sports clubs across various disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage new clients and business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Trade Fair Participation: Represent the company at national trade fairs.
Sales & Presentations: Promote and sell the brands products including product demonstrations and sample presentations.
Contract Negotiation: Secure favourable terms and agreements with clients and distributors.
Account Management: Oversee customer accounts including order tracking and payment followups.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed established sales goals.
Reporting: Provide detailed insights on customer preferences and market trends using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience.
Background in the sports sector is highly valued.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in Internet searches Outlook Excel PowerPoint and Word.
Must hold a valid driving license and have own car.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Must be registered as selfemployed (natural person LLC or individual company).
