Job Title:
Learning and Developing Lead
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across teams.
Collaborate with managers to align training initiatives with business goals.
Develop training content incorporate modern learning techniques and tools to create engaging and impactful content.
Facilitate training sessions inperson and virtually.
Ensure timely execution of the training calendar and track participation.
Measure the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback assessments and performance metrics.
Continuously refine programs based on results and employee input.
Maintain detailed records of training activities participant progress and learning outcomes.
Prepare reports for leadership on training ROI and employee skill enhancements.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to address evolving learning needs.
Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Masters degree in Human Resources.
Experience: 23yrs in a Learning and Development.
Strong in Behavioral training
Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and elearning tools.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Analytical mindset to assess and report learning impact.
