Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with expertise in Microservices Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) Spring Boot Java and IBM technologies. The ideal candidate will design develop and optimize scalable applications ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems while maintaining high performance and security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and deploy scalable microservicesbased applications using Spring Boot and Java.
- Develop and maintain EBPP solutions ensuring seamless bill presentment and secure payment processing.
- Integrate and optimize IBM technologies including IBM WebSphere IBM API Connect IBM MQ and IBM Cloud services.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and implement technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality through best practices unit testing and code reviews.
- Optimize application performance by troubleshooting and resolving bottlenecks.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and comply with industry standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in Microservices Architecture and RESTful API development.
- Experience with EBPP solutions and payment gateway integration.
- Handson expertise with IBM technologies including IBM WebSphere IBM MQ IBM API Connect and IBM Cloud.
- Strong understanding of database technologies including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker Kubernetes Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure or IBM Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
