Job Description
Job title: Scrum Master
Job Location: Palm Beach OR June Beach FL(Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract
Experience and Qualification:
- Plans and directs the installation of Information Technology projects within the SAP ERP supply chain and finance disciplines
- Provide project leadership on S4 HANA ERP projects to ensure timely and effective project execution. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Provides formalized continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Applies knowledge and experience in own discipline while continuing to acquire and develop higherlevel knowledge and skills
- Builds knowledge of the organization processes and customers
- Solves a range of straightforward problems
- Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedure
- Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned
- Maintain thorough knowledge of new development and/or SDLC techniques.
- Coordinate and lead project team meetings ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Indirectly manages project team individual contributors and consultants within area of discipline.
- Promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships between business delivery and other entities within the organization
- Tracks promotes and publishes completed program initiatives epics and business value metrics following Agile methodology
- Manages risk and dependencies communicates and escalates impediments to facilitate transparency and reduces bottlenecks
- Ensures adherence to / 10% say/do ratio
- Deep experience with the Agile development methodology and tools such as Atlassian Jira software is a must have.
- Preferred experience in SAP modules including FICO core modules including FIGL/AP/Logistics Invoice Verification Materials Management and Sales and Distribution.
