Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Identify and build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions for customers.
- Manage the team sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and performance management.
- Training the team on best practice as well as driving the achievement of targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market demands.
- Prepare sales reports forecasts and presentations for stakeholders.
Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering advantageous.
- Proven experience in managing technical sales or a similar role.
