Job Description
Title: Sr. Software Engineer
Location: Chicago IL
Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Agile to design develop test implement and support solutions using fullstack development tools and technologies.
- Stay ahead of emerging tech trends experiment with new technologies and participate in internal and external tech communities.
- Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
- Partner with digital product managers to deliver robust cloudbased solutions that enhance the experiences of key partners in the transportation and logistics domain.
- Leverage tools and technologies such as Golang React Python SQL Node.js opensource RDBMS and NoSQL databases Docker Kubernetes and AWS services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience (internship experience not included).
- At least 2 years of experience in Agile practices.
- Handson experience with XP Practices (e.g. ATDD/TDD Pairing Mobbing). Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience working with at least two modern programming languages such as Python Java Golang .NET Scala or Node.js.
- 4 years of experience with Agile methodologies.
- 3 years of experience working with opensource frameworks.
- 1 years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS GCP Azure or equivalent services.
Primary Skills
