Job Description
The Competitor Intelligence Senior Analyst is responsible for tracking and reporting on the activities and strategies of competitors within the sports & gaming industry. This role plays a critical part in shaping understanding of the competitive space and providing valuable insight to stakeholders and across the team.
- Competitor Monitoring & Analysis: Continuously monitor and assess competitor actions including UX updates product launches partnerships and financial reports to identify strategic insights.
- Industry Trend Awareness: Stay informed on gaming industry trends and emerging technologies incorporating relevant findings into team strategies.
- Insight Integration & Reporting: Incorporate competitor strategies and insights into regular team reports providing context for decisionmaking and strategic planning.
- Data Collection Optimisation: Identify and suggest opportunities for expanded data collection such as app store reviews and social platforms
- Validation & Quality Control: Stresstest recommendations and insights to ensure they align with competitive context and market realities.
- Research Leadership & Collaboration: Lead adhoc competitor research surveys support the management of benchmarking vendors and ensure findings are effectively communicated to the team.
