Note: 3 Integration exp in SFDC CRM Analytics
Job Description:
- Designing analytics solutions that leverage Salesforce CRM data to provide actionable insights for business users.
- Developing data models and structures to organize and optimize data for analytics purposes within Salesforce CRM.
- Creating interactive dashboards reports and visualizations using Salesforce Analytics tools (e.g. Einstein Analytics Salesforce Reports and Dashboards).
- Customizing Salesforce CRM to integrate with external data sources and analytics tools for comprehensive data analysis and visualization.
- Integrating data from multiple sources into Salesforce CRM to enable holistic analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Implementing automation processes for data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) to ensure data accuracy and consistency for analytics
- Optimizing data queries reports and dashboards for performance to deliver fast and efficient analytics solutions.
- Providing training and support to endusers on using analytics tools within Salesforce CRM to empower datadriven decisionmaking
