You will support the Programme Management Office providing Governance and facilitating discussion with internal stakeholders to provide understanding early visibility and ownership of the UK&I change programme.
You will support existing department and project teams and enable them to deliver the outputs and outcomes that will lead to effective benefits realisation and delivery of UK portfolio across both Retail & Digital.
What youll do
Develop and maintain the UK portfolio plan
Define & manage the PMO governance controls in conjunction with the various departmental stakeholders
Manage and drive programme reporting requirements process and delivery
Drive the portfolio plan updates & status reporting processes for our UK Leadership team
Ensure effective quality assurance and overall integrity of the programme
Ensure that all milestones are clear/consistent and the highlevel milestones are highlighted
Build programme/portfolio level plans for board reporting; integrating multiple plans into an overarching Retail & Digital plan
Schedule maintain and update weekly / monthly reporting
Ensure everyone is well informed about the UK Plan and work in close collaboration with other functions and senior leadership
Qualifications :
Experience of managing the complete lifecycle of a project with project teams of varying size as well as experience of project management using AGILE APM or PRINCE2 methodology (or equivalent) is preferred.
You have proven ability to drive change through consultation collaboration and developing strong relationships to evolve processes and procedures that demonstrate a commitment to a high performing environment.
Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and programme plans including risk registers and tasks assignment is essential. Knowledge of benefits and dependency mapping risk management and resource planning.
A high degree of computer literacy including advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite and a willingness and skill to learn new programs quickly
Ability to analyse information
Understanding the importance for detail and organisation
Experience with RAID development and management
Knowledge of project management and PMO policies processes & procedures and methodologies and toolsets
