Job Description
Key Activities
Able to interpret GAD P&ID fabrication drawing Wiring diagram and bill of material.
Main knowledge and experience in running pipe and fitting fabricating and assembling components.
Operating metalworking machinery such as sawing drilling grinding and simple milling.
Knowledge Assembly & testing also hydrotesting and air leak testing.
Experience and Knowledge in TIG welding.
Candidate may also be assigned to support customer site work related system servicing as requires.
Willing to learn and take on other manufacturing skill set.
Perform daily 5S Kaizen QHSE requirement and any other duties assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Primary role complete fitting work in the given schedule plan as per engineering drawings industrial standard and customer requirements.
Secondary role assembly & test on skid work in the given schedule plan as per engineering drawings industrial standard and customer requirements.
No safety incident and continues process improvement
Qualifications :
Candidates possess Secondary education / NiTEC or equivalent.
Pipe and tube fittings
Fitting for skid fabrication work
Assembly & testing of skids
Collaboration skills
Experience Forklift driving will be added advantage.
