Job Description
What will you take care of
- As an Hr intern you will be part of the Bosch Rexroth team.
- You will have the opportunity to participate in the management of the training activities with a hands on and direct approach.
- You will be part of a dynamic team always aiming to offer to Bosch employees and to external clients the best support as business partners.
- You will give support in training activity organization scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Support the HR Business Partner on Employer Branding Internal Communication and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications :
Education: You have to graduate in Humanties Studies Economics Languages or similar with a strong passion for a career in HR with and Training.
Experience and knowhow: You are skilled with the main IT tools (MS Office) and in particular with Excel.
Languages: You have a good level of English (min B2) and are fluent in Italian.
Soft Skills: You are careful to details and a resultoriented person. You are a good listener and have good interpersonal and good ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels. You are a great team worker.
