Job Description
We are looking for skilled Backend Engineers with a strong problemsolving mindset excellent programming skills (especially with PHP) and a solid grasp of system design principles. As a Backend Engineer youll work closely with our engineering teams to tackle technical challenges and drive innovative enhancements to our products.
- Project & System Management: Independently manage and deliver crosssystem projects make systemlevel decisions and optimize performance.
- Architecture & Development: Design architectural plans participate in code/design reviews approve PRs and implement bug fixes.
- Quality Assurance: Test and validate features contribute to automated testing and ensure highquality implementations.
- Technical Leadership: Maintain and improve the development pipeline mentor peers share expertise and drive technical community engagement.
- Process & Compliance: Follow development lifecycles workflows and technical standards while contributing to their improvement.
- Collaboration & Support: Assist in troubleshooting deployments and releases proactively support colleagues and help with recruitment.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in selfdevelopment propose improvements and enhance team/product quality through research and innovation.
- OnCall Support: Assist in oncall duties and handle other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Software Engineering Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and pragmatic thinking.
- Solutionoriented and constructive approach.
- Resultdriven with a get things done attitude.
- Team player with a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of products.
- Maintains high professional and quality standards.
