We are looking for a Content Executive to join our team and maintain the retail content across the Grosvenor Casinos website and App with both central headline events and campaigns as well as local content in the whats on section for each of our 51 venues.
- Export and upload local venues content to the whats on section of the Grosvenor casinos app on an ongoing basis.
- Work closely with the Marketing Business Partners to ensure they are providing content in the right format for this channel and to ensure creative and formatting alignment across all retail and digital content.
- Create a process and cadence for the venues team to follow to ensure you receive all content in a timely manner
- Monitor and check app and websites across mobile/desktop to ensure that all content is correctly displaying and uptodate at all times removing content swiftly upon expiration
- Responsible for the accuracy of the ordering of content displayed on the app and website (where relevant)
- Work within the retail marketing team and closely with the wider content team to share ideas and drive best practice in all processes relating to the app and website
- Update the order and optimize app and site content on a day to day basis
- Work with the Digital Marketing team to maintain SEOfriendly pages to boost searchengine rankings and drive acquisition
- Understand and improve the customer journey making recommendations as appropriate
- Work with the appropriate digital teams to provide evaluation on the App content making suggestions on how we can improve our presentation to drive towards KPIs
- Analyse previous campaign results and contribute with ideas for improvements
- Help develop and optimize campaign tactics for campaigns and marketing activities together with stakeholders
- Ensure all initiatives are presented in a fully compliant way taking into account with all gambling and marketing legislation HVC policy industry guidance internal protocols and are always in line with our socially responsible approach.
Qualifications :
- Marketing qualification helpful but not essential
- Experience of content management systems
- Outstanding organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to prioritise with the capacity to work to tight deadlines and deliver results
- Team player with good stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive approach problem solver logical thinker and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to evaluate creative objectively always championing the players best interests
- Highly analytical with proven ability to interpret analyse and translate insight data and campaign results into actionable marketing plans
