Were searching for a SAP FICO Consultant to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCS!
What will you do
- Implement configure and support the SAP FICO modules within the S/4 HANA environment including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Accounting and Controlling.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements develop functional specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Perform testing user training and provide ongoing support to maximize the efficiency of SAP FICO solutions.
- Manage system upgrades migrations and enhancements ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues in the FICO modules providing effective solutions to enhance system performance.
- Ability to work effectively within a crossfunctional team environment and integrate activities with other teams within IT to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts.
Qualifications :
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field or IT equivalent
- Strong understanding of SAP Finance process and local statutory reporting and audit requirements
- Minimum of 12 years SAP project Implementation and rollout experience in SAP FICO and Budgeting/Planning.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or implementation specifically with S/4 HANA
- Experience with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM SD etc.)
- Must have delivered multiple full cycle rollouts with handson expertise in configuring SAP systems
- Ability to conduct requirement and solution workshops
- Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
- Knowledge of solution techniques and methods
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings
- Familiarity with the latest S/4 HANA features and functionalities
- SAP certification in FICO and S/4 HANA is highly desirable
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps is a big plus
- Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and highquality standards
- Ability to lead develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think out of the box
- Customer focused
- Proficient in written and spoken English
