Job Description
Assortment
- Responsible for the uniformity of pandamarts assortment and categorization of products
- Ensure that pandamarts assortment is healthy by identifying assortment gaps and assisting the commercial team in any assortment related task
- Assist the Shops and pandamart teams in keeping track of the various assortment KPIs and advise the best way to move forward.
- Support the team with a better understanding of the market by providing indepth assortment analyses of our competitors
- Other adhoc tasks related to the assortment of Shops and pandamart
Pricing
- Support the pandamart team in setting and maintaining product prices and margins aligned with the companys pricing strategy
- Carry out pricing A/B tests to get a better understanding the preferences of our customers
- Give the team a better understanding of the market by providing competitor benchmarks to produce more competitive pricing
- Other adhoc tasks related to pandamart and Shops pricing
Qualifications :
- Internship must be an academic requirement
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Fast and quick learner
- Good written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Good analytical and research capabilities
