The Opportunity
Collective Hospitality seeks an enthusiastic Architect with knowledge in Hospitality for the Development Coordinator position to join our LATAM Hotel Development Team where youll join a team of Development professionals who love what they do. In this role you will engage and collaborate closely with a broad range of external customers (Owners Developers Operators consultants Lenders Builders etc.) and internal (Brand Design and Project Services Operations Legal and Finance) colleagues. You will be part of a team passionate about diversity equity and inclusion committed to nurturing curiosity and new skills and building connections with stakeholders colleagues and guests across the organization.
The Role
Development and its newunit growth is one of the principal drivers of Collective Hospitalitys growth and earnings. The Development Coordinator is the primary contact with the hotel management community in LATAM. It is responsible for the future development and growth of the hotel brands. This position requires an understanding of the hotel development process knowledge of hotel markets and an ability to develop relationships and convince developers that Collective Hospitality products are wellsuited for the location and market. The Developer is the primary lead for the management group through the application approval negotiation and execution of the management agreements.
