Job Description
As the Cash & Store Operation Responsible you play a crucial role in ensuring that our backofhouse and cash office are both organised and finely tuned for optimal performance. By maintaining high standards and implementation of correction routines you directly contribute to elevating both direct and indirect customerservice experiences. Your partnership with the management team is key to boosting profitability through smart logistics and efficient store operations. Together were not just running a store but crafting an engaging and profitable store experience. You play a crucial role in ensuring that our backofhouse is organised and finely tuned for optimal performance. By maintaining high standards and implementation of correction routines you directly contribute to elevating both direct and indirect customerservice experiences. Your partnership with the management team is key to boosting profitability through smart logistics and efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offering customers a high level of service through styling advice product knowledge and store experience
- Opening and closing the store and supporting the other members of the management team when required
- Processing and banking daily sales
- Inputting payroll
- Taking ownership of the store audit result and training others on store operations
- Receiving and processing deliveries
- Overseeing store operations
- Replenishment
- Being a brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers
- Receive and process stock deliveries and shop floor replenishment
- Create a highly organized stockroom following store operations best practices
- Ensure size availability on the shop floor together with the Store Management team
- Implement commercial activities including sales in the stockroom
- Train all colleagues on store logistic training and best practices
Qualifications :

What You Need to Succeed:
Knowledge
- You understand what makes a great customer experience
- Prior retail or customerfacing experience
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
- Previous knowledge of cash management & payroll entry is an advantage
Motivation
- You enjoy working in a team and with customers
- You find fulfilment in routine tasks and organising yourself and other

Past Achievements
- Proven experience in coaching the others on logistic routines
- Experience in back of house and stockroom operation
- Experience in store operation including store opening and closing routines processing deliveries.
