Job Description
- To ensure that work is conducted within Colliers Best Practice standards
- To develop direct client relationships.
- To selfgenerate fee income and to work diligently to meet team and Business Group targets.
- To seek opportunities to develop new business including crossselling and identification of new business.
Qualifications :
- Strong experience as a Hotel Business Agent within the UK market.
- Good market knowledge required.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and report writing skills.
