Key Responsibilities
- Cooperate closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partners in the team and learn all about recruitment
- Contact candidates and kick off the recruitment process
- Engage and search talents on different platforms such as LinkedIn Profession job boards and career fairs
- Be the ambassador of the company by conducting screening interviews
- Writedetailed and accurate notes from candidate prescreening interviews toensure seamless communication among the recruitment team and hiring managers
- Be part of innovative recruitment projects like Employer branding developing interview materials and improving the candidates experience
Requirements
- Preferred background:Ongoing university studies in Hungary Minimum 1 more year with student status
- Languages:Strong written and spoken English language knowledge
- Attitude:Confident great communication skills proactive attitude creativity
Advantages
- Previous Recruitment and/or HR experience
- Fluency in Hungarian
