Job Description
- You will be #LIhybrid based in Hyderabad and reporting to Director Engineering.
- This is Technical Engineering Manager role You will manage team alongside being Individual contributor
- You will help to form the engineering team for the analytics domain.
- You are responsible for designing developing and deploying software solutions while leading a small team.
- You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including data scientists engineers and project managers to deliver highquality scalable and efficient code.
- You will guide the team set technical direction and ensure successful delivery fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications :
- 8 years Strong in Python
- Our solutions are cloudbased in AWS or Azure. Python is the principal required skillset particularly FastAPI. These are managed through CI/CD pipelines
- Team leadership experience
- Experience of the full development lifecycle
- The ability to work with offshore teams from different cultures and background
- Write clean scalable code with a view towards design patterns and security best practices
- Experience with maintaining or using pipelines for building & deployment
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Azure or AWS development
- Good understanding of application security principles
- Knowledge of containerized solutions Kubernetes Docker
- Passion for continually pushing and improving how we build/test/prove our services
