About the role

We are looking for a Program Manager that can drive high visibility and impact change programs in our US businesses. You are an enthusiastic individual with significant experience of driving major change programs with significant technology components as enablers of the change and in close collaboration with product development customer and business teams. As well as working in the exciting and fastgrowing property management industry this person will be taking the lead on some of our most critical change programs in our US businesses and take responsibility for driving our overall change program planning governance and delivery from start to finish.

In this role you will be part of our rapidly expanding Odevo Product & Engineering and ITOps organization with a team of over 100 highly skilled professionals globally. You will engage directly with senior leadership teams in our US businesses and be an intrinsic part if delivering innovation to Odevo businesses. Together well create an environment that fosters professional growth and success.

Who you are

  • Project Delivery Excellence: Skilled in comprehensive project management including planning risk and dependency management coupled with strong governance and financial oversight.
  • Leadership and Relationship Management: Exceptional in leading teams and managing stakeholders at all levels with a talent for building relationships and resolving conflicts.
  • Change Management Proficiency: Adept in change management and operational readiness with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strategic Resilience: Combines strategic thinking with resilience excelling in analytical decisionmaking and understanding complex product solutions.
  • Adaptive Industry Expert: Experienced in working with third parties and in various industry settings demonstrating adaptability multitasking and a detailoriented approach. Understanding of the PropTech and/or FinTech industry would be beneficial..
  • Product development: A broad understanding and practical experience of agile/scrum development approach to working as well as agile in a scaling multi team organization.


Experience

Working with and supporting Odevos US entities at any given point in time you will be working on one or more change programs typically with a significant element of technology as the driving force for the change. You will be responsible for:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration IT or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Masters degree a plus
  • PMP Certification a plus
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management
  • Skilled in comprehensive project management including planning risk and dependency management coupled with strong governance and financial oversight.
  • Exceptional in leading teams and managing stakeholders at all levels with a talent for building relationships and resolving conflicts.
