ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Descartes Underwriting is seeking a Corporate communication and marketing
assistant (apprenticeship) to join our Marketing Team. You will report to the External CommunicationManager and you will be a key contributor to the deployment of Marketing projects.
The applicant will be in close and effective cooperation with all business units andplay a vital role in the following activities:
- Assistance in editorial productions for communication and marketing: casestudies product and expertise presentations corporate formats andpresentations iconographic research rollup banners and brochures forevents etc.;
- Creation of the press review and media coverage monitoring;
- Management of orders and applications to awards & trophies;
- Assistance for audiovisual productions and photo shootings;
- Punctual help with communication plans and crossfunctional projects.

ABOUT YOU
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Final year student of masters degree from a Business Engineering school orspecialized cursus in Marketing & Digital Communications;
- One or more previous experiences (internship and/or apprenticeship) in Salesor Marketing is a plus.
SKILLS
- Proficiency in Pack Office and an appetite for digital tools and platforms;
- Rigor analytical skills and good writing skills;
- Excellent communication (written and verbal);
- Professional or bilingual English is required;
- French is a plus.

- Eager to learn more about the insurance industry and about climate cyberand emerging risks you are keen to discover and learn new knowledge andskills including technical and digital ones;
- Your creative writing communication and analytical skills enables you tomake editorial proposals;
- Excellent team player you have the ability to work in a dynamic andmulticultural environment and to interact with internal and externalstakeholders.
