As a Talent Development Director for India you will play a pivotal role in designing implementing and scaling talent development initiatives. Your focus will be on creating impactful programs that elevate leadership capabilities drive internal mobility and embed a culture of continuous learning tailored to regional and global needs.
Your Impact
Leadership & Manager Enablement: Help with design and execute/own in India structured actionoriented programs that address critical skills like influencing team leadership and communication. Focus on experiential learning and leadership readiness for firstline and middle managers.
Internal Mobility & Career Growth: Collaborate with stakeholders to create integrated career pathways leverage success profiles and enable mentorship opportunities to foster employee development and retention.
AIDriven Digital Learning: Champion the adoption of curated AIpowered learning content that delivers scalable personalized development experiences.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with regional leaders the Head of People in India executives and business leaders including the SVP & Site Leader to align talent development strategies with business goals.
Program Design & Implementation: Develop highimpact leadership acceleration frameworks and executive coaching initiatives for highpotential employees and senior leaders. Ensure followthrough with action plans and postprogram engagement.
DataDriven Decision Making: Establish robust evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of talent programs linking metrics to retention internal mobility and business outcomes.
GlobalLocal Integration: Contextualize global talent initiatives for regional relevance while maintaining consistency in program delivery.
Qualifications :
Your Experience
Minimum of 810 years in a Talent Development or HR business partnering leadership or related role with a proven track record of improving organizational performance through impactful people programs.
Strong expertise in leadership development career coaching and designing hightouch experiential learning initiatives.
Experience /deep interest in leveraging AIpowered platforms and tools for learning at scale with a focus on delivering personalized bitesized content.
Experience leading largescale change initiatives and crossfunctional projects requiring collaboration strategic thinking and detailed execution.
Ability to translate business priorities into actionable development strategies and engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
Analytical mindset with experience in using metrics and feedback loops to refine talent programs and demonstrate ROI.
Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage audiences at all levels.
Desired Skills
Knowledge of regional cultural nuances and experience customizing global programs to meet local needs.
Familiarity with mentoring frameworks success profiles and career development tools to enhance internal mobility.
Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to staying updated on the latest research in behavioral science leadership development and organizational learning.
