- You will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition efforts for foodpanda Philippines providing insights preparing hiring reports managing stakeholders and ensuring the successful closure of requisitions for your assigned verticals.
- You will handle the endtoend recruitment process across different levels and roles in foodpanda
- You will oversee the recruitment process including the development of strategies for improvements process alignment and collaboration with your counterparts and senior management
- You will ensure recruitment metrics are met and aligned with the business goals while delivering results within tight timelines particularly for backfill and new vacancies
- You will manage all recruiting activities and sourcing channels effectively ensuring efficiency in the process for foodpanda.
- You will support the team in standardizing Talent Acquisition processes and assist in evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of special projects within Talent Acquisition.
- You will also work closely with other teams including the People and Culture Team and Management Committee providing support and contributing to collaborative efforts.
- In addition you will assist with other HR/TA projects collaborating with the HRBP Team as needed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Business Management Psychology or a related field (or equivalent).
- At least 6 years of endtoend recruitment experience across various levels and roles including Clevel or executive hiring preferably in the tech/ ecommerce or related industry .
- Strong stakeholder management and account management skills with a proven track record of accountability.
- People management experience is a plus.
- Solid understanding of the recruitment process with handson exposure to various recruitment stages.
- Experience recruiting across multiple cities within the Philippines is an advantage.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition with a passion for identifying and sourcing top talent.
- Independent hardworking and confident selfstarter with the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive solutionoriented approach.
- Experience with Talent Acquisition tools (such as Taleo Greenhouse SmartRecruiters etc.) is an advantage.
