Senior Product Analyst - Logistics

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst Logistics to join the Logistics Analytics Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

In Logistics we build products and shape processes towards an amazing delivery experience for our customers riders and service. In the Analytics team we curate data to uncover insights enable selfservice discovery and drive strategic development of Logistics functions. Being embedded in the Product Line we foster the datafirst mindset and drive change in product development by owning endtoend experimentation and building complex KPIs.

As a Product Analyst you will bring insights for one or more domains collaborate with a team of about 510 analysts drive projects across various data functions collaborate with Data Science  and enable our stakeholders in Product Tech and Operations to make datadriven decisions.

• Engaging with key stakeholders to understand the business vision requirements & priorities and helping to translate this into actionable insights

• Curate unstructured data and build accessible creative and engaging data visualizations to facilitate access to insights

• Design build and analyse complex KPIs to measure the impact of our Products and the success of our business  strategies

• Own endtoend experimentation (A/B testing)

• Lead data exploration projects and help identify and define future insight and data needs to support various business initiatives

In our Logistics Team youll tackle highimpact challenges that make lastmile delivery efficient affordable and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders end customers and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BI/Data/Product analyst working for internet companies

• Bachelors degree or higher in a quantitative subject (e.g. computer science physics mathematics engineering statistics)

• Excellent SQL skills with practical experience in big data tools (ideally BigQuery) and Intermediate Python skills with practical experience

• Creative in data visualization (Tableau experience is a plus) and Experience with version control systems (VCS) (e.g. Github)

• Experience in dealing with stakeholders and challenging the scope of projects

• Proven record of adopting and improving team standards and processes

Nice to have: 

• Experience with Airflow

• Experience with A/B testings and applied statistics

• Experience with using data lakes / data marts
