Reporting Analyst using Power BI and Sharepoint with Baseline security clearance Sydney/Canberra/Adelaide
- Develop and maintain both regular and adhoc reports tailored to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Use tools like Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI to present complex data in a clear actionable format for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with program stakeholders to identify prioritise and refine program reporting requirements ensuring alignment and buyin.
- Ensure reporting accuracy consistency and integrity through robust quality assurance processes.
- Manage and track reporting schedules balancing multiple deadlines for weekly fortnightly monthly and quarterly reports.
- Analyse program data to derive meaningful insights and provide actionable recommendations to support informed decisionmaking.
- Design and optimise program reporting processes and solutions to meet evolving program needs.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and communication.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problemsolving skills to support highquality outcomes and effective reporting.
- Commit to delivering quality results by maintaining documentation standards and meeting timelines for project implementation.
- Australian Citizenship with baseline security clearance
