Job Description
Essential Job Functions
Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to identify enhancement opportunities and improvements.
Implement CI/CD pipelines to improve developer velocity and code quality.
Lead the development and maintenance of automated workflows ensuring scalability reliability and efficiency.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of system processes to ensure accuracy and robustness.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate LMS solutions into existing systems and processes.
Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and advancements in Learning Management System technology.
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working as a Software Engineer or equivalent role. Required5years
- Handson experience in LMS development. Required5years
- Experience using Articulate. Required4years
- Strong understanding of process automation concepts including workflow design exception handling and error management. Required4years
- Experience with process discovery requirements gathering and solution architecture. Required4years
- Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Required4years
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail. Preferred5years
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment. Preferred5years
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field. Preferred5years
- Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) development experience. Preferred3years
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# Java or Python. Preferred3years
- Experience with one of more UI frameworks (MAUI / WinUI / ReactJS). Preferred3years
- Experience with diagramming using BPMN 2.0 methodology. Preferred3years
- Experience with adult learning theory. Preferred3years
