Lead the PreConstruction phase of projects ensuring all activities are planned and executed efficiently.
Liaise with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
Manage the procurement process for all projectrelated items and services.
Coordinate with the construction team to ensure project readiness.
Implement risk management processes to identify assess and mitigate project risks.
Facilitate clear and effective communication between all project stakeholders.
Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PreConstruction Manager should have:
A degree in a relevant field such as Construction/Building Management or Civil Engineering.
Proven experience in a similar role within the construction/Housing refurbishment sector.
Strong understanding of the PreConstruction phase including design procurement and planning.
Excellent leadership and project management skills.
The ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry
